In recent years laser cutting has become one of the fastest growing manufacturing processes. The laser resonator generates a beam of light using an electric charge combined with radio frequencies and inert gases that create a light beam that is directed to the material using mirrors. The gases and the laser beam are delivered just above the material which causes the separation. This process allows us to produce complex and intricate high quality parts quickly and efficiently. Our Laser Cutting capacity's are: Mild Steel- .625 inch; Stainless Steel- .250 inch; and Aluminum- .250 inch; on a 6'x12' cutting envelope. |
